Since 2020, we have been providing support to the UK Government in its role both as host of COP26 and as the convenor of the Energy Transition Council (ETC). The ETC brings together MDBs, donors, technical agencies (e.g. IEA, IRENA, SEforALL) to improve the international offer on energy transition and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of financial and advisory support. Oxford Consulting Partners supported the UK government (Cabinet Office) to design and mobilise the Energy Transition Council at COP26, and has most recently assisted the UK Government Department for Net Zero and Energy Security (DEZNES) at COP28 in its role as co-chair of the ETC.

Energy Transition Council
