Since 2022, Oxford Consulting Partners has worked alongside NIRAS to provide monitoring, evaluation and learning support to the Global Energy Alliance for People and Planet. As the evaluation lead, Matthew Savage has led this work, building institutional theories of change at different levels (products, countries, alliancing), methodologies for key challenges such as financial mobilisation, developing models and estimates for target setting, as well as contributing to annual impact reporting.
